Terms and Agreements:
I agree to participate in Join The Workshop's acting workshop presented by Clear Star Media held at the location provided and to use the facilities in connection with this program. I hereby release Join The Workshop and its officers, agents and employees from all claims, liabilities, loss, damage and expenses, which may in any way arise from my participation in this program. Join The Workshop has the permission to publish any testimonials I may give as well as my name and or image solely in order to promote the workshop. I fully understand that this is not a job interview or an audition. The presence of an entertainment industry member is neither a guarantee nor a promise of employment. The intent of the class is solely educational. I hereby give Join The Workshop and all of its officers, agents and employees the right to dismiss me for any unruly behavior at their discretion with the knowledge that I will not be reimbursed for any monies I have paid to Join The Workshop. Racial or religious harassment and physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and could result in dismissal.
There is a mandatory down payment of $150.00 to attend the workshop. The down payment must be paid by credit card on our website under your city’s payment button. Students have the option to pay the remainder balance by credit card or cash. Sorry, no personal checks. Final CREDIT CARD payments are due the DAY BEFORE the first day of the workshop. Final payments must be made on our website under your city’s payment button. Please keep in mind CREDIT CARD payment is only accepted online and not during registration. All final CASH payments are due at registration the morning of the first day of the workshop.
Cancellation Fees: The $150.00 down payment is non refundable. If I choose to cancel enrollment 15 days prior to the start of the weekend and have paid in full, all but the $150.00 down payment will be refunded. We regret that there will be no refunds of any monies paid beyond our 15 day mark regardless of circumstances. However, if a weekend workshop is cancelled for any reason, on our behalf, a full refund will be issued.

Please remember: Remaining balances can be paid in cash or by credit card. If you are paying by credit card, your remaining balance is due the day before the start of the workshop. Your final credit card payment can be paid through our site under the "Buy Now" button under "Final Payment". If you are paying by cash, your remaining balance is due at registration on the morning of day 1. Credit Cards will not be accepted at registration.

Within each of us is a passion that has stemmed from our youth. We take great pride in identifying that passion and helping it flourish.
